This app SUCKS, I've tried to get tickets. I went on my app to buy tickets, for over an hour. keep getting message saying " For security reasons Please use another card". Both cards I use are good( bank cards) still getting the same message. Now I have to deal with trying to get tickets another way???. Other than that The bus rides are good, quiet, nice. Would use bus service again. Deal with this issue. I don't even get the GPS and busses arrivals and departures, shown in the last two pictures

A safe and relaxing ride - ALWAYS!!!❣️❣️❣️ I take it so often from NY to PA. The drivers are courteous and respectful and speak English all the time!! Clear and simple. The bus always smells clean, as does the bathroom. People have offered to give me rides to PA , but I always say no because the bus is quiet and relaxing and I can watch a movie, read a book, or play games, and even catch a few zzzzs! I will recommend this bus ride as it is also quite affordable and saves you gas and tolls.

I can't sign in with my Google account. I can't recover password because it keeps saying update app. This is beyond horrible. I can't create a new account because my email is already in use. You need to add the same sign in options that you have on the website.

They don't have any current information of me. However they sure as hell took my info regarding my debit card information. Schedule my trip. Yet inspite of it all this they claim that my email address and debit card information is at default. I seriously don't get it. There are about 3 to 4 withdrawals to my bank account regarding to this matter. Please advise this situation. Or better yet handle it!! Thank you.

Broken, doesn't allow log in, sent my ticket to the wrong email, and I cannot get them to send the email to the ACCOUNT email. What? Makes no sense. Totally broken. Doesn't work at all.

I like traveling with this company. My major problem is they are always late by an hour picking me up from the O'Donnell Cut Off stop at the TA stop with the truckers. It is usually night time and to dark, for a woman traveling. It is seriously disrespectful to the customer. The customer should be treated better, since it is them who keeps this company in business. People need to check and put their own luggage on the bus. The bus driver is NOT responsible. Cleaner bathrooms are needed badly!!!

My experience was HORRIBLE I. am writing a review to let people know especially the ones with kids. do not use this service. I paid $300 on the day before Thanksgiving for a ride from fort Myers to Kissimmee Florida. They LEFT ME at a Walmart in fort Myers the morning of November 27th basically only got the ride back home because I had no other choice. And still have not received any type of refund! anyone with info on this company please try to contact me! Will never use you guys again.

Too many broken scripts made this app non-working. Developers really need to get a credit and hire some instituition in order to check back daily in order to make sure it app is running smoothly.
