Basically this app is only for online ordering.. I wish there was more to it! as far as I'm concerned every restaurant should have some type of rewards program and theirs is weird. It's actually kind of shady where it's not advertised that you can get one free meal when signing up.. but that's it, there arent points and there are never coupons or deals. even when I've seen various promotions advertised online, it never pops up in the app, no notifications. Nothing to keep me going back a lot.

For some insane reason, the only tab that allows you to view your pending Caniac Club rewards, maximizes the brightness of your phone regardless of phone settings. There is no in-app option to disable it, so enjoy being blinded at night when you accidentally click that tab! Updating my review after a couple years; They *still* have not added Google Pay support and instead want you to type in and save your credit card information.

App is great when it works, which is a rare occurrence. Password and technical issues all over the place, rewards don't ever work here and I've now noticed that the app loves to run in the background even after it's been closed. All that for food that is now $16 for the combo meal, and that's without any extra sauces which are sorely needed, nah I'm good.

Don't like the app. When you order a combo it requires you to add combo items then it don't tell you if the items where added or not till you get your food at the the store. I had my hopes up high but was disappointed when I try to fix it at the store and still no luck. Same price but no food. Sorry cane's but I'll be deleting this app and going elsewhere thanks bowie location

This app is straight garbage. It was great for a short while. Zero issues. But I haven't gone to Cane's for a few months now due to either mobile ordering not available at my location for no reason, or the current issue of needing 2FA to use my saved card, to which I agree and then I am getting no texts to the number I confirmed was on my account. Then after 20 minutes it says 2FA is not available either. Just awful app.

The usage of the app and the constant, CONSTANT, auto logging out of an account is extremely frustrating. Nine times out of 10. I just close out and don't even order.

Food was great the app was so easy to use compared to a lot of other restaurant apps I mean even substitute and making sure everything is right before you got to payment I wish some of the other restaurant would take this as example of how to do it right. Great job guys keep up the great work and I willing definitely be back.

Every time I try to log in since the week of August 19th, it says there is a log in issue. It refuses to let me log in on phone, giving me an error message, unless I sign in on my PC, to which what's the point of having this app if I can't use it? Was very useful and quick, saved me the trouble of being on the line when ordering. I will rate this 5 stars once this tech issue has been fixed.
