The app UI and experience are good and smooth, but unfortunately the service itself is very bad. They don't deliver on the date stated in the app and my car arrived with the key fob open for some reason. Once they take your car they start suggesting so many extra services without explaining the problems. Some of which are more expensive than physical shops or not even needed. Be sure not fall for that.

every time their service is worse than time before. delays, inaccurate reports, ignoring calls and requests, and incompetent technicians. Don't use them, you will regret it

Quite sure that people will use the service only once. The basic and full service for the rates they offer they actually don't do any service, they just inspect the car and tell give a report of what needs to be repaired. If we ask for the cost of Oil change, filter change, etc they just promote their major service plan which is around 40 Omr. So basically the basic service and full service plans are just proxy plans to upsell, to the Major service plan where the actual service is done.

Damaged my car and lost my items. Gave my car to them twice. First time, they caused an accident to it. I made the mistake to give it to them again and this time got it back with items missing. Also, their extra repair costs look to be overpriced. Do not recommend.

Service is good...This App is shocking!!! I have used the service for a couple of years as it is good value and convenient. However, the app never seems to work right, last time my saved car details not showing (so couldn't complete the booking through it, just installed). Better to stick with web site. When service done I get SMS/email links; much more reliable/less frustrating.

I had to do a sevice to my dodge charger but was too busy to get time to even go to a garage. That was when I came across service my car app. Very simple to just book your service online and they will collect your car and drop it back with no extra charger. Great idea and professional job done. Couldn't have asked for more. Will be back soon.

I lost nearly 700 rials ($1800) from this company. I was absolutely assured replacing certain parts would fix my problem. The car was returned to me unfixed. When I questioned it, I was just told to pay 20 rials more for a further inspection to find out the 'real problem' (!). I felt totally scammed. The issue was never resolved. It is very appealing to have a pick-up service, and the app worked well, but I advise anyone to stay away from this company, especially for major work. OMAN BRANCH
