The Uncle Delivery is a good attempt to provide a cost effective service but the App requires a lot of improvement and some backup support team. For example, the Customer Service is non-existent. There is only a provision of chat but one never gets a call back! There also needs to be a provision in the App of sharing the trip details with others, specially the recipient.

This App is really pathetic not recommended for any professional use 1. You cannot track drivers location. 2. They dnt have 24hrs customer service. 3. They dnt even bother to support customers during booking or cancellation. 4. No professional drivers. I booked one vehicle from and waited for the whole day for the driver to receive calls. He didn't even bother to receive and answer the call. Real time Location is also not traceable. You cannot really depend on them.

Bad. The guy who picked up my parcel was different from the one who was registered on the app. When I called him through app, he told me someone else came to pick the order, when I asked regarding this, he disconnected my call twice. There is a major security issue. You cannot know who are you dealing with. Anyone could come to your house as these people pass-on your details amongst them.

Not a dependable business at all. I placed a request to schedule a pick-up on the next day. Paid in advance. To my surprise, as opposed to the pick up being scheduled for the next day, i was randomly assigned a driver the same time i scheduled a pick-up and he concluded to trip in 5 mins at 11 pm in the night and the app started asking me for review. Upon telling the team they did returned the money but it was not a good experience.

I placed an order the driver cancelled, customer service is pathetic, they say agent comes at 8am or it starts (their work timings) I've tried that no response from their customer service. I've sent an email for my refund and I'm still looking for a response. It's seems like a scam service or at least feels like it.

Very high pricing and delivery partner allocation is very slow. Very slow customer service support. Today, I tried to book the order and it wasted my two hours and that driver also didn't came and respond to my call. The distance is less then 3 KM, and the fare is 527/- (Tata Ace). I had a coupan of 100/- that's why I booked (still 427/- for just 2.9 KM) but driver didn't reached and then I tried to find something locally and went with the driver to deliver the goods (as it was less than 3 KM).

Worst app. The delivery guy didn't pick up the parcel as nd when it was scheduled neither did the team or the driver informed that they were unable to pick the parcel. The delivery guy could only speak Kannada which for me as an outsider was more than difficult to convey. For a distance of 30 min they took 6 hrs to deliver the package. Disappointed with overall service.

Very bad service, there is no option to give rating in negative so gave 1 star to write a review. Used it 2nd time. Poter picked parcel at 3:15pm and delivered it by 6:30pm (it was jst 1 hr away from delivery address).. it's a medicine for a patient. No response on customer support, worst app worst service. Uninstalling it and never going to use it ever again. Very disappointed.
