I do like the database availability, the color, and that it shows checkout/holds of all types. I have my family member's cards all linked on the one app, which is great when it works, but there times now I've had all of them somehow fall off of the list/become unlinked for no apparent reason. I have been using Bookmyne for some time and loved that I could see my place on the holds list, when items are in transit, and when items became available *at a glance*. SEO doesn't offer this yet.

In many ways, SEO Libraries is an improvement over its predecessor (BookMyne.) I like that I can pull up my library card's barcode for the self-checkout (very nice feature, but not a requirement to me) and I like the search better (seems easier to narrow the format.) In my initial review, I noted the lack of visible deadlines for picking up holds as my major complaint. I see that these have been added, and have raised my score to 4-stars as a result.

Very helpful, better than actually dealing with the librarians imo since it seems a lot of topics my small town library doesn't have on hand. Can be very annoying to wait for things to come in especially if I'm getting a whole series. But my biggest issue is that when I try to view my checkout history is it says it's unavailable for my account when there is something I really need that I had gotten before but can't remember the title, this makes the app not very helpful.

unlike bookmyne, which this app is replacing, SEO Library does not tell you when you have to pick up your holds by. also even when you are on a different screen, the scrolling of the top titles is visible at the corner of the upper left-hand side which is very distracted. well the search function might have more details that you can add and subtract to your search, it also freezes up at times.

This was a great app for checking the status of my various library hold requests, and quickly check their statuses (queue, transit, held, etc). The recent update moved most the statuses deep into the individual object. I now have to click into the specific object to find the status, instead of the quick glance that used to be there in the holds main page. This is an annoying change that should be reverted back, so we can view the individual object hold status in the hold main page.

Would rather log in to my library through my browser. It shows you everything you have checked out through all the apps. I returned my audiobook because I thought I had a physical copy of it on hold. That is annoying. If I need to know what I have checked out with those, I will go to that app. I, like, everyone else do not like how it does show you the date you need to pick up your hold by. This app is not good.

The overall app is very nice, I enjoy using it and it makes using my library a lot easier. I only have two complaints, the app tends to sign me out randomly which gets annoying and that I wish there was a way to mark books for later. I like to read constantly and keep finding books I would like to eventually check out only to forget them because I didnt want to place a hold at the current moment because I didnt want to check anymore books out at that moment.

This app is so helpful, and so much easier than using the mobile web interface. The only thing that would make it better is if it would quit asking me for location access - I do not wish to use those features or share my location with the app - I'd like a setting to shut it off.
