Andronix lets you install a Linux system on your Android Device without root ⚡️.

How does this work?
Andronix uses PRoot to run your favorite Linux distribution on your Android devices.
Andronix uses Termux as the terminal for Andronix Operating System.

What can you do with Andronix?
Pretty much anything you like to do. The Linux Containers are limited by the lack of the entire Linux kernel support, the SELinux policies of
your Android versions, your CPU architecture, and your device's hardware. We have users replacing their actual laptops
and computers with Andronix. If you are looking for something that can support web browsing, coding, or anything else that
is not taxing on your phone's hardware, you can use Andronix without any issues.

You don't have to worry about multi-booting your system, which means you can have all the Un-Modded and Modded OS
installed at once, all 12 OS at once, given that you have the storage for it. Install as many as you like, uninstall them
when done.

How can I access it?
Linux containers that Andronix provides can is accessible via a
CLI (Command Line Interface) as one would have with an SSH connection to a remote system, a GUI (Graphical User
Interface) with various Desktop Environments such as LXQt, Xfce, and LXDE and lastly, GUI
powered by Window Managers like Awesome, i3, and Openbox.

More info in our docs @ https://docs.andronix.app

Is it free?
Yes! ⚡️ Andronix is completely Ad-free and all the Un-modded distros and free to use as much as you want.

On the other hand, Modded OS is paid but is very economical considering it is a lifetime purchase with unlimited
installs on unlimited devices.
You can also get Andronix Premium which is another way to support the developers. You also get a few perks, including
online sync with Andronix Commands and a web app to access it from any device you want.

Are we open-source? 📖🔓
Yes and no. Andronix is partially open-source. All the free distro tar files and the shell scripts are available on our
GitHub repository. While all the paid things, like the actual Android app and all the files concerning Andronix Modded
OS(s) are closed-source for apparent reasons.

That doesn't mean that we don't love open-source; we 💘 open-source. So if you're a developer or a maintainer of an
open-source project, we will be more than happy to provide you with everything for free for life. Just get in touch with us
and complete the process of verification😊.

* Un-Modded OS

2. Debian
3. Manjaro
4. Fedora
5. Kali (Most of the pen-testing tools won't work due to kernel limitations.)

Update------- After reading some documents I noticed that I was using termux from app store, now everything is working fine following the right path you really deserves 5 stars. Update finished------- I really would like to try, but when you get the command and paste on termux to install it is saying that links are broken, unavailable or not permitted to access.

Super easy to use and has helped me write out small coding ideas on the go. Absolutely love the UI and the instructions are easy to follow. I also feel that the prices for added functionality are very reasonable (and those upgrades are completely optional, you have everything you need for free straight out of the box). Best option to start learning how to use Linux or to experiment with coding in a mobile environment that mirrors the usual flow of development on other computers.

Installed it on note 9. Purchased a modded version since it was so inexpensive and had most of what I needed. Been using for about two weeks, so far, very happy. It has audacity installed but haven't figured out how to get it to record anything. Haven't figured out how to get libreoffice installed either . Video and sound for youtube plays great. If It had libreoffice out of the box I would have been forced to give it 5 stars. Still hoping to figure these things out (if there is a solution?). This has greatly mitigated my deep disappointment at Samsung pulling the plug on LoD. BTW, "BVNC free" is what I used from play store that allowed a full screen DeX experience.

Update: The developers were able to help me solve my issues with my in app purchase. I went ahead and bought a custom os to show my support. I appreciate the work that has gone into a simple to install linux distro on android, I know some competitor apps and while they work, it's not as easy as this one, They make it easy with just a few steps, and mostly just copy and paste and it does all the work in termux And the best part is that this doesn't require any root and it's true to it's word, This is great for phones like mine (samsung) when rooting is either just impossible due to the architecture or if you are concerned with the tripping Knox and breaking apps that use it.

I had previously used an app called AnLinux, which offers Linux installation without root. I decided to try this one and it offers so many other features. You can save commands in the app so you can remember sytax more easily, as well as access tutorials for the distributions you install. I had a little trouble installing the desktop environment for Parrot OS and once I reported the error, they quickly responed and helped me figure out the issue. Overall, a solid app with a lot of features.

I definitely would not recommend this app you are better off going somewhere else. I eneed up paying for os they offer which I never received access to the os I purchased. I tried to contact support and never got the issue resolved let alone addressed. I strongly suggest downloading a different app or just stay away from this one especially if it's involving money.

I had a good experience with the free version of kali😊 but it seems like the screen refresh rate is very slow since while browsing the internet or even playing a video the screen refreshes really slow and the audio is not working with the free version of kali. Everything else is excellent but please fix the screen refresh rate issue (i think u will understand). And never knew that you are from lucknow (i am also a Lucknowite😊). Also.. can i see my internal storage?

Ya andronix is good so far. needs more devellopment, but has definate potential. i do like the cloud saved commands option, for example,as well as the interface. intrigued to see where this project leads. my only qualm is the monitization of anything linux rekated, but hey, we all gotta eat,so i got it to help out,but if you could remove the premium offers after one has purchased it,that would be awesome, thanks.(also, sorry about previous edit,i take back what i said about not giving them credit)
