Not sure what everyone is talking about when they say this apps ad's are not intrusive? For me, I experience way too many 30+ second ad's - which do not allow me to exit until completion. It is beyond irritating and very likely going to be the reason I stop using this app altogether. On the bright side, I cannot deny that the "virtual remote" and it's functions work way better than other apps which claim to do the same. This app does everything it claims to do. It's just those damn ad's.

I spent a couple of hours trying to find a good remote for my Sony Bravia with Android TV... I couldn't find one with the "voice microphone" and was about to give up till I stumbled on this one. Not only did this one have he voice microphone , it's brutally streamlined with the trackpad and just the necessary buttons at your fingertips. Very responsive especially when initially turning the TV on (which is a major factor). I tested this app for 2 weeks before I purchased it.. I highly recommend.

Functional app in a competitive space with two off-putting aspects. #1 while I get the need for ad revenue, and this isn't entirely the devs' fault, the ads are purposely difficult to dismiss - a microscopic X at the top right makes is near impossible to tap on. And I never buy something based on an ad. #2 the purchase price is waaay overboard for an infrequently used phone app, especially when an indie PC game can be had for that much. $10 at the most, and this was an instant purchase.

BEST BLUETOOTH REMOTE YET! Ad on top, its ok and not interupting controls ever. They need to get paid. Every option works, and even apps open with one click. Design made way better then the creators that have ads interupt the controls every 4 clicks. This app is way worth it and i will use it alot, as long as it remains the same. Perfect designing and function. Perfect balance of ads. It could it have another ad on botton of screen and it wouldnt bother me. No ad interupts function! A+++

Works great, latest UI change is a bad move. Please do not place a message behind your google ad to buy premium, it makes us adblock users just want to stop using your app. I think everyone reading this will agree that having to pay a subscription for a freaking virtual remote is absurd. I'm staying on an earlier version without the reminder until this nonsense is reversed. And yes, I have blocked the app's access to the play store, normally it will force you to update. Shameful.

I don't care if this thing doesn't offer the latest and best in casting... its a free remote that doesn't push a subscription and the ads just show at the top rather than taking the whole screen so you can still use the remote. Best smart remote app I've been able to find after an hour of trying.

My TV remote stopped working, so I searched for alternatives on the Play Store. After trying several apps, I found this one to be straightforward and perfectly compatible with my Android TV. App works perfectly. We have a Polaroid brand TV and our TV remote has slowly stopped working and universal remotes would not connect properly. This app has allowed us to be able to use our TV hassle free and at no charge. It connects easily and allows us to use all features of the TV without any dramas. The kids have also downloaded the app on their iPad and works fine. No fighting over the remote now just who controls it. Highly recommend.
