For my first time ever use of this app I managed to connect an 1000W FineEco CN 06 convector to the app right out of the box. Looking forward buying another bunch of convectors.

Wth happened to the app??? I cannot register an appliance, the instructions are wrong (two beeps never happen), then it says Type in your home network but there's no window for typing?? And it won't find the device even though it did find that device not just 2 months ago. Tech support? Also the device itself has been in use only 3 months and it's already whistling? Whistling means limescale and it's supposedly resistant to buildup. Lol

The app is clearly not working. Luckily I managed to connect device with the application but after few hours,devices weren't existing anymore nor was I able to add devices again. So I tried to log out and log in but then I realized that was not possible for some reason. Horrible. The application is not useful at all.

Absolutely useless. I purchased a convector heater because I thought I'd be able to control it remotely. Nothing like this! It loses connection all the time. App is terribly buggy, so many issues that I don't know where to start. I regret the purchase so much because of this app! 😥

There are a obvious ui bugs that isn't fixed after months from release. In statistics screen on/off chart isn't rendered properly for short "on" periods when there is transition between days In calculator screen consumed energy displayed in watts/hours (without any thousand separators) but stated as KW/h

I am login to the app, but the Dashboard can not load at all. So I am not able to add my Tesy device as well. This application is useless until the bugs are fixed. Please fix them. Until that there is no sense to buy Tesy device with wi fi option.....

1. I lost all the devices that were already added (I put a lot of effort into connecting the devices via the app - not intuitive at all). 2. Resetting pw does not work. The email was never received

I cant even connect a heater. Stuck at the appliance section, I have no idea what code or QR code it wants. I don't see any code on the sticker that looks like TCHxxxxx or TCH_xxxxx, whatever that means. And it doesn't do anything when I scan the QR code sticker. Disappointed.
