The organization of this app is like a teenage intern designed it. I have been using it for about 18 months, and I still have to look how to change the settings on a permenant basis. I still can't figure out how to shut off the damn warnings/notifications like when it gets super hot and the system is 4 degrees hotter than what it is set at. Give me my Honeywell back for the app. The Ecobee is prettier but can't compare on functions.

Eco Bee was easy to install when I finally installed it. Didn't need a pro to do it. Worked great with our old furnace. And now it's working great with our new furnace. I love the scheduling function and have it set up for all 7 days. And the touchscreen is easy (for most) to use and follow. And the fact that it is powered with the 24Vdc from the furnace, no battery to mess with. So far, so good Eco Bee.

Thermostat is good. App is really meh. So many controls are under random menu trees and unlabeled buttons. Why is the HVAC usage history graph only accessible via the website and not on the app? Vacation mode as well, unheard of on the app, only PC. Why is the camera feed not available the website? Camera controls were changed on a recent update and are worse now.

Works okay. Themostat should only look at current temp sensor in the room you choose at night. Forever its used the main thermostat as sensor, if you do a manual override hold in the middle of the night. Dumb design if you live in a 3 story house and bedroom is on another floor. They should change Temp color adjust to dark background, and larger text. It's crazy bright and difficult to see in middle of the night if you wear glasses. Also UI -really convoluted, settings are too many levels deep.

Had this app for years, and it worked fine. I keep it updated. It now takes a long time to load and, it keeps wanting to add devices and set up home when that is already done. It knows my name and info but still tries. Shut it off and try again, and it starts with my home, then went back to set up home. If I can fast enough and click on one of my thermostats, it seems to stay up. Frustrating

unintuitive and useless. have to go through multiple menus just to make simple temperature settings. heating and cooling ranges make no sense (why would I allow it to be 92?) comfort settings are always a few degrees off and always 5 degrees apart. can't set separate ranges for room sensors. seems lacking simple "I want it this temp until this time" function. very frustrating interface!

Fan auto/on much much too complicated. Bad on t-stat, totally unusable on app. Please, go find an older person to tell you what the primary things a thermostat must do. Works ok as a scheduling thermostat, the trick functions are nice, however these things should be behind the primary interface. Not too happy, at this price point it absolutely must easily perform the basic functions, and it dosen't.

The app design has always been pretty bad but it worked for the most part. Recently geo-fencing no longer works properly. This seems to be working for the most part but now I can't control the temperature from the app. When I change the temperature, it reverts to the schedule. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing resolves this issue
