One the worst application in the world, this app will not help you if you lost your mobile or you mobil battery died, and you can't ask ppl to download the app for you to get into your apartment. Last time icantacted the customer service they told to keep power bank. The main door should recommend be under my control, we pay to use the app. using this app is so difficult I recommend to find a replacement.

After the update the app only shows one of my two doors at any given time, I have to restart the app to get access to the other one. Sometimes I have to repeatedly restart and it still only shows the wrong door. Before the update I could see both doors at the same time. Please fix. Developers were very helpful and fixed the problem fast, recommended.

It is worthless when it comes to using multiple profiles. I have a parakey (for work) and another account besides that. I need to switch accounts in a very slow process where no info is saved, to be able to switch keys. Good luck with that.

Terrible bugged app. I have android and it says enable location services. But they are enabled on my phone and on the app itself. Just doesnt work and keeps showing the enable location services which when you click DOES NOTHING!!!!!. Dont use this app waste of time.

I'm missing three essential things: 1. Widget support for shortcut. This will allow me to open a door with one click and not having to go through the app every time. 2. Ability to set favorites. 3. Android Auto support. For parkering gates.

I need to be able to log in to multiple phones simultaneously. If one phone has low battery level or has no internet, I should be able to use the other phone without having to login again. Also, the app needs to be more reliable in opening doors.

The amount of issues and bugs (keys not updated, doors not found even if you stand right in front of it, etc...) is just ridiculous! It would be a great idea if it worked properly.

It was working initially, but the last months I am just unable to open the door... It's loading for a few seconds and just says unable to open the door.. This application has one job, open the door and it does not do that.. I always need someone else to open the door for me so I can't give more than 1 star...
