Didn't work. I sent an email before installing to make sure it can detect (or try) skin cancer like melanoma. I got a nice reply saying it will and blah blah. Well that was a lie. I filled out the info and took a picture. System says the focus point needs to be 2cm. I don't have a mild mole, why does it require that? Doesn't work, uninstalled.

The AI is horribly inaccurate, at best. I tested it multiple times. As a cancer survivor I actually take offense that this company is putting this out there for public use before all of the flaws and bugs are worked out of it. Worst experience I've ever had with an app, period. Edit: The customer service is AWFUL. I told them that the app wasn't working but they will not give me a refund because they said I used the features and I'm like yeah, I had to use them to find out that they didn't work!

AI can be extremely valuable as a diagnostic tool, but this app falls short. The creators sell the idea that you can check your concerns instantly, but what good is checking if the answers are inconsistent or clearly wrong? The programming is lazy. The same exact photo of a mole was used 4 times (paid), and each time, a different probability was shown and was mostly id'd as a viral lesion. This app is not ready for monetization - it has potential if the devs would listen to user feedback.

ZERO STARS - Absolutely NOT accurate. It said my eczema was a mole, and it gave me only one sample before asking to sub.

This is a commercial trap. In the description they claim they don't sell your data, but when you actually install the app it turns out they do sell your data. To use the app you also need a costly subscription. Save yourself the trouble, make an appointment with a dermatologist. Edit 23rd Oct 2024: the vendor has replied and claims your data is not sold, but this is not the truth. The app sends data to third parties based on so called legitimate interest, and that's strictly illegal in the EU.

Very easy app to follow. just asks you maybe 10 questions and u take a pic of a mole and it gives u a semi-diagnosis. then u have the option to save the pic and get a printable version of the report. it's a pretty cool app. my daughter has a skin tag right in the corner of her mouth that she wants removed, and I don't blame her, but I'm gonna do this test w her before Thursday bcus Friday, the 1st is her dermatology appt. I enjoyed this app, hope u do too guys!!

The 1st photo (yesterday) was free. The 2nd (today) cost $2.99. I see no mention of pricing, or a paid subscription. The 1st had already been dx'd as basal. That is correct. The 2nd states possible pre-cancer, which my dermatologist ignores. I will keep an eye on that area. Impressed with app. Thank you!

You know the technology is pretty decent, but I when I reinstalled it all of the dozens of images I had captured were gone and I didn't realize it's charging $7.49 per week and there's no way to cancel it within the app, so I would not trust this app, not mention it has access to all your photos. Again it seems like someone's got some good technology, but I will never use this app again
