I'm really frustrated with this app! I've had the Apollo Neuro for a couple of years and upgraded to SmartVibes when it came out. I've had numerous issues with connectivity over the past two years. But, now it's horrible. The device isn't recognizing when I'm asleep, and it's activating "sleep" modes when I'm awake. In addition, SmartVibes just isn't working. I've contacted tech support several times and have not received a solution.

This is my second Apollo device and side from the shorter battery life, it works as well as my first one did. The app however, doesn't seem to work as well. It takes longer to connect to my device, and it has to reconnect if I change the vibe while I'm wearing it. Also, it doesn't show how long one vibe has been running accurately. I can set a vibe to run for 1 hour, and I will notice that I didn't feel the vibration anymore, but the time on the app only shows about 5 minutes.

The device does seem to be helping me transition into a state of calm and enter sleep. However the app is finicky in how it handles the Bluetooth connection to device. I've had to "outsmart" the app and it's unresponsive UI in order to get my device to work. A delayed process of alternating between home screen, vibe screen, and pressing the play / start button in the app, jump starts the connection but it shouldn't have to be this clumsy. Please do more user testing and fix your app!!

While the Apollo Neuro app has potential, it falls short in a few key areas. Open smart devices are susceptible to accidental touches, leading to unintended actions. The app lacks essential features like a trash folder or confirm delete window, making accidental deletions frustrating. Bluetooth connectivity issues can disrupt scheduled vibes, and data accuracy problems require manual intervention. Additionally, users have to manually re-enter deleted vibes and maintain separate schedules.

LOVE the device and how well it works for mood enhancement. The app is a bit glitchy and will only connect thru Bluetooth 50% of the time. When it doesn't connect, I turn the device and the app on and off until it does connect. Occasionally when I pause a mode to change to another mode the device/app will stay on the first mode and not change until I turn off and on. The device is amazing and has helped so much with my health. I'm hoping that the app will keep getting better and more reliable.

I've been wearing this device for around a year and since the very beginning, I've noticed the same issues everyone else reports with bad Bluetooth connection. Another issue I've noticed is the device's inability to detect when I'm asleep. This is a major concern because the paid service relies on that for some of the vibes. The concept is great and I really feel like it will be a great product if these issues can be corrected. They just need some good engineers to work out the issues.

Changed from one star because it's working now. Prior update had made it unusable. Still problematic design features: not waterproof, low battery life, start screen is full of extraneous (pay more) features, so you always have to scroll down to use what you already bought. Generally annoying, but it does improve my getting back to sleep.

Bought this device 2 years ago and had so many problems with connection and running programs that I stopped using it. Now after seeing an ad raving about Apollo, I thought I'd try again. Nothing has improved still doesn't connect and run consistently. It's a disappointment.
