No customer service support. We're trying to set this up for an rv with a tow vehicle, but I can't get anyone to contact us about this. We also want coverage for Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, which it says it covers, but Texas is the only state I've named listed in the app. Still no response to emails or this review. Another day has passed, and still no response.

Had trouble with the fill in forms when setting up my account and could not find a way to edit an existing vehicle. I hit "next" and it kept putting me back to the empty vehicle form at the start, then told me my vehicle was already there, but the model year was wrong even though I never completed adding it.

"Currently, Ecotoll's rental car feature is only available in the state of California." - Stated on FAQ on Ecotoll website as of 11/23/2024. I set up an account to use the app in Texas & California. Now I find, with no notice, that ONLY California is offered. I know they have had to drop other states. What are the future plans for Ecotoll?

doesn't work for Canadian vehicles. Lost $3 just to learn that it doesn't work. not recommended.

Had a rental, still was charged , by the car rental and by ecotolls and to make matters worse just open an email for charges for dates I was never in California and is being threatened to be send to collections, need to speak to some and is unable to.

I found this app very convenient. I was able to take care of everything on my phone and drive through the express lane to avoid the rush hour traffic.

I downloaded the app, linked a card, but hadn't linked a vehicle. they charged me four bucks. dumb.

Cool app. Dont have to worry about forgetting my FasTrak when switching vehicles or mailed invoices. Also puts a fraction of expenses toward green initiatives, which is great
