You changed in the app without informing the users. You were already giving medium quality service and now it is really super bad. I am paying this service to use in my smart TV. But there is no way to open channels. If you can open tv channels, the new challenge appears (Changing channel is taking like 15 20 seconds). I would like to cancel and get redund.

Android TV version doesn't work well and it is not User friendly. This App is addicted to crash and to make zipping process painfull.

Terrible application, terrible service. I need to cancel my membership and there is no way to cancel directly from the page or application. There is no way to contact anyone , no email, no phone number. I sent an email to Digiturk, the email does not go through. This Tod service is more of a scam than a real service. I want to cancel my subscription and delete my data. How to do it?

Paid for 1 year subscription for bein connect in October, paid extra to add my smart TV. One month later, nothing works, I call the helpline and am told bein doesn't exist any more - it is called TOD. except TOD doesn't have Android TV feature. So I've paid 11 months for something I can't use?!

Terrible app for android TV, it used be bein connect . It signs out by itself once in a while , live channels lag sometimes. Just the worst steaming platform. I only use it for some HBO shows since HBO doesn't operate it Turkey

Android is shttt, doesnt even work properly always dropping when I navigate through menu. I paid for subscription to watch my footbal teams match and barely watching the game... waste of money... hire better developers you got a lot of money from us

Waste of money, do not subscribe!!! Interface is awful both design and functionality wise. Apparently, noone at TOD is planning to fix this. Content is very old and boring.
