it's one of the worst charging apps I have used. 2/3 charging stations do not exist, many have fake addresses (house nr. 0). and the charging status is often wrong, you only see it when clicking on the station.

The app is not clear nor easy to set up. I don't need a card, should I still pay 9,90 if I pick the base Tariff S for example? I also had to log in and enter my info and credit card 10 times already and I still could not charge because app was bombarding me with pointless requests for irrelevant inputs and notifications. There are apps that let you charge within a few minutes, while this one makes you jump through hoops. Average UX at best.

Adjusting 07/2024 something is not good with App. It used to show cargers in CZ , AT, FR as EnBW ( blue flash ) where my EnBW tarif applies ( Smatrics, PRE etc ).. now only shows if all other partners displayed. OK, I could use price filter but its just not logical if it worked until now.. those are preferred partners so app should direct me towards them , no? And " operator selection list " ? What a disaster - there is no "unselect/seletc ALL" so how to select only one ?

Very bad experience, the app shows you false rates. Before subscription the station near my house was shown as being charged at 39ct per kwh and after subscription it was shown at 54ct. And when I cancelled within their 14days of trail period I still received an invoice because apparently only cancellation by call is valid within trail period and when I do in app I need to wait for 1 month. One of the best way to scare people off e-mobility. I wish it was easy to go electric.

I installed it. And found now the filter. Makes a big different. Only reason now I give 4 stars is because sometimes I only see halve of the text. (HORIZONTAL) On my android phone.

As a foreigner and a user travelling in Germany, it would be a huge improvement if it was possible to add and register a credit card as the normal payment. Found 3 out of 5 chargers were not functioning, but that seems to be the same wherever we go when roaming 🤔 Called support at 2 spots and they couldn't make them work either... App is good compared to the standard.

I reviewed 12 apps to find charging stations, based on their performance in the Rhein-Main area of Germany. While this was not one of my favourites, I liked it because: + It has a good search function + it provides pricing information + It allows you to compare the applicability of different EVs to your journey (although I have not tried this) But, it missed several key features: - It charging station coverage is very patchy - It misses several charging stations that are free to use - It does not show the distance of the charging stations from your destination - it is not possible to filter by price - even for charging stations that are free to use - It is a big app (24MB)

They can have very good prices if you register and give them payment details, but you must live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. So if you need to travel in Germany, not living there, you are in no luck.
