I paid for the premium upgrade to remove ads, which was fine for a couple of months, but now I'm seeing ads again, even though I'm logged in on the same account, and the only way to get rid of them seems to be to pay again. Not impressed.

Far too many ads, especially those annoying videos, when you are in a hurry to find the nearest bus stop. I had enough of it!

I paid for the old version but since it was upgraded to this version I get the ads again and they are incredibly offensive. Have put up with them for a while but it's time to uninstall now

Used to be good. Useless after the update. The map is rubbish and need to create an account to save stops. Its simple to save data locally. Just collecting emails for marketing. How many requests would you get for syncing across multiple devices. Do people have different phone for each day of the week? People using the bus regularly?? Must think we are stupid. Uninstalled and a better app downloaded.

This app is brilliant saved me getting wet in the rain many a time waiting for buses. Unfortunately I had already paid for the ad free version which got upgraded to the UK version which is very bloated and bad in parts of the mapping. So I was forced to reinstall this version and pay again for no ads...its a very sneaky and dishonest way of taking people's money!

Was using this app since last 7 yrs. The reason for this was it's simple UI, simple wizard and ability to navigate between stops. However the last upgrade forced me to shift to another provider. It's now forcing user to log in, providing unfriendly UI, Wizard not working. All previously saved data lost. This app has gone down in a single release.

Used to be such a good solid app, now it's almost unusable. The widget hardly ever works, it just freezes when you tap it or try to switch between favourites. Even going into the app to view bus times doesn't work all the time, it just hangs without displaying times. Unless an update is released to fix the problems I'll have to use another app.

Edit/Update Taken it down to 1* as new ad vendor preferences popped up today, aggressive ones, it took me over 5 minutes to uncheck all the vendors. Used to be a fantastic app, it was simple and effective. Recently it's become a data and advertising monster and your aggressive permissions from multiple vendors is unnecessary. A simple 'Reject All' option would have been nice. I found a better, simpler and more effective bus app that I'm using instead. Been using the app for over 5 years too.
