They fixed the bug that wouldn't allow me to listen on phone data, and had a good update - however now everyone I log into the app on my phone I have to go through a registration process and answer a bunch of questions over and over again - please fix as it's annoying when I just want to go to my tracks. Besides this frustration the app is wonderful, and had helped me with multiple things. Highly recommend it.

I love this app. Update: Thank you for getting back to me. As per your request I did the onboarding questionnaire once more. It appears to have resolved--i was able to close the app and reopen without having to re-do the Questionnaire each time. Thank you. I would like to add that there should be an opt out option for the questionnaire in the first place. Thanks again. I appreciate your quick attention.

I love the app and the YouTube channel. I use them almost every day. I would give five stars, but I like the way it was originally. Now it's not as easy to navigate as before, and depending on the device, it stops playing when my screen goes black. It was running before in the background with no issues. The content though, it's amazing.

I would give it 5 stars if the app wasn't so buggy. It does a couple of things that really annoy me, like for example it stops when it's not supposed to stop and it doesn't allow me to stop it when I actually want it to stop. It remains on my open applications and I have to kill it to remove it. Aside from that, it has amazing binaural sounds that have really helped me, reason why I'm actually paying for it now. But I would love to have these issues fixed! In general, a great app!

I've been listening to their stuff on YouTube for around a year on and off, but pain started getting more serious so I decided to download their app. Had some issues (like others) had trouble registering but finally managed then none of the stuff would play. Nothing. So I did the tried/true method and restarted my device and it's working fine now. Still don't know why it wouldn't work but it's working now.

Initially I had some issues with accessing the premium features after paying. Customer service and the tech team resolved the issue. I have trouble falling asleep and the Sleep Stories are awesome to fall asleep to. I like the Brainwaves as well, which is how I found the app to begin with. The right brainwave session can quickly move me from anxiety/stress into wellbeing and relaxation.

I am using the paid for version... The app is pretty broken. Tracks stop midway, downloading tracks doesn't improve the situation, the timer doesn't seem to do anything, playlists do not seem to function (simple transition from track to track doesn't work), sometimes it fails to access the favorites library, the shuffle function doesn't work, even the track details fails to load fully... Probably better off using YouTube.

RIP OFF. In addition to having a horrible interface with too many issues to list, my premium membership ended a month earlier than it should have and customer service wouldn't respond to my inquiries. Nothing has improved during the year that I had a premium membership. I switched to a new phone and couldn't re-download the tracks I had downloaded to my previous phone. Contacted developer....issue never resolved. Save your money. You can find plenty of similar tracks on YouTube for free.
