Why do you need so much personal information? And, after spending 10 minutes putting in all that information, I get something went wrong and you can't create my account. I'm not having a good experience with this mandatory app. Also, the support email listed below is invalid.

I was forced to get this for my job. I am unable to sync anything because I can't click on anything. Everything just results in an error because it can't load.

basically useless. can't even open this app it doesn't load. the old app was so much better. guess I just won't earn the points for work anymore. lame

I just downloaded the new app (forced to) and I've lost my entire history. All my challenges and steps. Somebody failed at this one .

Overall much worse than the previous app. They have a long journey to polish this turd. Every other app and health program through the years was seamless and inspiring. This app is soulless and depressing, not to mention disfunctional on every tab, route, or info screen you navigate to. I might just uninstall and pay the full premium this year. Good luck, developers. Do better. If you're asking how then for starters allow us to save usernames in the login screen. Basic stuff.

Worst app ever... The previous one was decent, but we had to download this one for our benefits at work. I have sign in with user name and password every time , but, it tells me my password is invalid. So I reset it. Still invalid. Half of the options that supposed to be available are not. Biggest joke of an app ever. If I didn't have to have it, it would be gone. Sucks beyond words!

I've had the app for less than 2 weeks. I've had to reset my password twice (it's the same password) and when I try logging back in to the app it says no account is there. I've already logged points in the app. I wish my company stuck with our old program. This one is awful.

Literally used my secondary email to post a review. It's sooooo bad. Amongst the other issues people have mentioned, the app bricks and force stopping doesn't fix. Only restarting the phone fixes this app. Seriously, pay the dev more or stop making unqualified people pump out dysfunctional apps. This is ridiculous especially when vacation days and health premium discounts are reliant on this pile of unpolished doodoo.
