Very well designed, navigation through is pretty easy and makes sense. developers could change a couple of things like add a tips and tricks button, or how to do something button. Communication in the app is open and easy to do between members. The remote play option is astoundingly smooth, with either little or no lag. Really wish they offered a hismith browser that you could look up adult videos and have the machine sync up with the models to simulate first person perspective.

New update, just like the old update can't be installed(2 different phones),,, but now I can't use app at all unless I update Update, after I un-installed app, it let me reinstall and was up to date, so back to using the app

Plagued by 'network' issues. Every other app is working without issues but this app suddenly loses connection and you can't get it back no matter what you do. This makes the remote online function very disappointing.

Need to show max speed on the pattern before you click it, we have no idea how fast someone's patern is going to be. Also need to be able to scroll through a pattern manually when not connected so we can see the pattern itself before selected.

The solo-remote function works fine but the selling point for the Hismith machine was the remote/online play. I've tried to play with my long distance partner on three different occasions and it hasn't worked- major disappointment. The company needs to contract out their IT and invest in servers/customer service.

Very buggy app. Collections shows likes and not the users "colllection". This is the best way to use a hismith machine, but the app needs a lot of improvement. Hopefully it gets all these bugs fixed. $500+ for a machine with a nearly unusable app is not okay... and technically violates a US consumer rights laws.

The context menus in the app are broken for me, preventing me from using some features. The online/remote play only works sometimes (maybe when Hismith's server is up?). The features are very fun when they work. Looking forward to bug fixes.

Figured out how to connect Bluetooth. Go to app Info and allow all permissions manually. This worked! Before doing this, the app would not detect my machine. I will update my experience at a later time. I hope this helps others with connection issues.
