The worst app created. It doesn't pick up the city, it glitches all the time. I paid for a ticket to park at my event the night prior and then get a ticket from them. Once I send the appeal showing my payment from the night before the reject it and now I can't contact anyone to fix this. I will not pay for this ticket and will sue if they come after me. I tried contacting through support but no answer. I found an email online, so I sent an email. They're contact and app sucks.

It charges the maximum possible and does not return the difference if the ticket is deactivated. It does not save history or have any record of active tickets. If you change the city, the app automatically logs in to the new one, and there is no way to access, cancel, or modify the ongoing ticket. There is no support until three days after when it is too late. Avoid this app; it is frustrating.

Does not give you a notification that your time of parking is coming to the end. This simple reminder would have saved me a parking fine. Other apps have this function My response from email was below: by default, Blinkay set an alarm some minutes before your parking time expires. Unfortunately, the last versions of Android and iPhone work very hard to disable all applications that are not in use after some minutes. This also applies when some applications try to work in the background. This is done to save battery and memory. Our developers work every day to try to bypass this limitations. Sorry for the inconveniences, Support Team

Dreadful app. Parked in a lot that only showed option to use Blinkay. Downloaded, registered an account fairly easily. Was also impressed that it recognized the lot via geolocation. Paying was a whole other story. Most lot machines ask how long you want to stay and/or show you total time covered. All I was prompted for was credit card for a charge with no clear time coverage. Sure enough parking gestapo hit me with a ticket EXACTLY 1 min after expiry. Good for parking gestapo, not users.

This app is just terrible. I downloaded it to pay for parking and it takes longer to use the app than it takes to wander around looking for a machine to pay at. The app doesn't take payment even when it says it does. I've been ticketed even when I've diligently tried to pay! Support is non existent and it states that they are not responsible if the payment doesn't go through and you are fined. To top it all off they'll take payment for a ticket that they caused that likely won't get paid either.

Impossible to Use App will not let you select where you are parking so it can't be used. It just says "Select City" and gives you the option of Atlanta or Gloucester, MA. Which is ridiculous. Especially because it's showing my exact location on the map. Response to developer: if I live in the USA and cross the border into Canada for the weekend, I will need to create a whole new account? Presumably I'll need a new email address or phone number to go with it? If so, that's pretty bad. 👍🏼

In my last review, you stated that It was my fault that I chose the wrong country and had to unregister and then re-register to be able to select the correct country. I created a second account with a different email to do just that, and it still would only let me select Aruba. On the very first time I go to select a country, it shows the full list, and then if I type anything in the search bar, it removes all options from the country list except Aruba permanently.

It's a great app and it works. very convenient. However, it registered my account as in Mexico, I am in Canada. when I tried to change the location, email and mobile phone number, it's giving a weird error and doesn't record the changes. Eventually I was able to change them using a computer login. There is no support link like email, phone or chat.
