Most of the time, system not working, it's showing there's a lot of available car but you cannot book. Hopefully it will be fixed. so very hard to book. What is the use of metro if you can't book this free ride, after riding metro you will ride an uber because you missed the bus already. Double expenses.

The service is good, but it's hard to book! Sometimes when I try to book for the free metro express, it keeps saying "unable to find a suitable ride for you at the moment." However, there's already a metroexpress in front of the station or me! It's bugging and the van isn't even full. I also have stable wifi. It would be nice if you fixed this problem, thank you.

Worst navigation ever it's showing too slow navigation and improper communication with this app I faced so many times the cab and metro taxi is near my location and there is space in metro taxi also but it's showing there is no vechile near by.but the vechile is Infront of me . Worst experience with this app

Cars availability is very low. It takes me quite long to find a ride. With high ETA and driver location does not get updated real-time in app

Half the time app doesn't work, locations are not registered even if they are on teh drop down menus, never any taxis about even in the center of Doha, app fails to confirm taxis are on their way. Metro drop off continually drops pick ups. System used to work but hasn't for at least 3 months now

I have lost 100qar++ online booking via credit card, no one try to resolve, worst customer service 😔 Don't book Karwa taxi with credit card options it will change 2 times( just scheduled and after completing the ride)

Many problems with the App that Karwa are not thinking of fixing them even with feedback. Location not accurate, i had to wait many times for more than 10 extra minutes, then i had to send location via WhatsApp.

Just like others said the app took 7 QR from the start the driver didn't even arrived yet, and be careful from the back button(it's equal cancellation) even after booking you stillI cannot risk clicking back button, it happened twice to me it will delete the whole trip including your payment method and discount code because without promo code my trip is expensive ,i have my wallet money but drivers of course ask for cash or bank card , i will delete this app and back to user friendly app uper.
