Support team is very responsive. The app is intuitive and easy to use as well . The platform is very useful and we've been happy with our providers (snow plow service during the winter)

I used the service for three plus years for snow removal. The quality and response times were always mediocre, but in the end they tried to defraud me. The app is a POS when there's an actual storm and it's mediocre otherwise. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Avoid this company.

Hurt my back badly before Christmas. Lawn Guru set me up with an excellent provider. They came thru when I really needed help. The app is relatively easy to use, keeps me informed of status, and works well with the process.

Overall I had pretty good experience. I was able to set up grass cuts for few seasons and snow removal for rental properties. No supervision. I wish they would take more than 1 picture of front (2-3 would be great) when they finish. Also, easy to schedule and modify. Not so great when custom work is needed. Hard to draw unusual lawns, no way to specify allies, etc

App is solid, the graphic/satellite image feature for marking borders and getting estimates is pretty cool. But the best part is the convenience, a few clicks and my lawn is handled, the tree that fell was removed, or you can have them automatically send someone to plow/shovel snow when the snow stops coming down. They do other stuff to, but that's what I've used them for so far.

2024: I used the app for lawn cutting services. The app had a large group of vendors to reply to the request. The app handled payments and recurring appointments. The fee was decent and the vendor did a great job. I used the app to find gutter clean outs. Plenty of vendors to choose from. App handled the payment and I didn't have to think about how to pay etc. Lastly, I've now signed up for snow removal services based on previous experience. We'll see how that goes!
