No notifications, I have to routinely check the app to see what I should be applying to my lawn. App doesn't allow me to submit feedback.

Notifications suck. Like I get notifications to sign up for a lawn care program when I already have one which is why I have the app. I also get notifications that take me to their website instead of going to a page in the app.

You guys are really going strong lately. If I miss recording watering for 7 days , why can't I go back and correct the water & rain monitor...j/c

The app could improve by adding all Scotts products (ex. Ultra Feed 3x, Disease Ex, etc.) available for purchase. You cannot track all your efforts without them. Also, if you have an irrigation system, it would be nice to have the ability to add an automated schedule used instead of having to manually enter your water amounts. The app only automatically tracks local rain water. You have to enter your own watering efforts manually.

Historical lawn care was important. I was actually making progress in my yard maintenance because I could look back at the products I used last year and the year before and when I applied them. I tended to stick with the more expensive Scott's products because of that feature. At this point I'll go back to maintaining my own plan and shop the sales because there is now nothing in this app that I can't get on Google or the home depot ads. Major let down.

Awful. We used to be able to track rainfall and when we watered, which was the main reason I used this app, now there is minimal reason to have this app since this is no longer a feature. Edit: As of today, when you "Add Activity" and input your watering, you then "Mark as Done", it shows up with the rainfall and water diagram at the bottom. If you "Add watered", it puts an entry in the activity section above that you then have to "Mark as Done". More annoying, but fixed. Updating stars.

Not a good app at all. Visually appealing, but really lacks customization. The calendar does not maintain accurate accounts of application dates vs. dates products added to plan. The product pushing is annoying. The products work, but don't buy them through Scotts. They're always cheaper at a home improvement store, especially when on sale. If anything, shouldn't it be cheaper without the middle man? Regardless, it's just far simpler to keep track of application dates on a calendar.

I've used the app for the last 4 years. It is a great app to keep track of when you put down a product. However, everytime I had a question about a which product to use or when to apply, I get no response sending a message through the app. Recently, I had a question about which product to use first after dethatching a lawn. It has been a week, and I have not heard any response.
