The app takes FOREVER to reconnect to GPS, which makes the user experience of setting up geofences impossible unless you know have to visually find your exact location on the map when zoomed all the way out where your entire country is in view. It was way better in the past.

I noticed that the time was off on my notifications, even though I'm in the same time zone as the tracker. I filled out the help form within the app, and Steven got back to me in less than 30 minutes, even though it was nearly 7pm. They had it resolved the next morning, and followed up with me to ensure everything was good on my end. I truly appreciate the attentiveness Steven and his team showed.

Lately, there is a considerable amount of delay when I get the alert. My son has left 10 minutes ago and it still hasn't given me any notification that his vehicle has moved. This has been going on for a while now. Then it will send me an avalanche of notifications from the day before. It's been pretty unreliable.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is cause on the calendar where you'd select days to view events that took place on that day, nothing is marking the days that an event took place. Say I have a trip that started on January 12th. And some overspeed events happened but I didn't check it until January 18th. And no trips happened between the 12th and the 18th. I have to check every day to find the events that took place on the day as they are not marked on the calendar.

it's good but not accurate, it's kinda complicated to manage settings, for big equipment not hard to find, tracking map it's all straight lines, for some will be complicated , it works but not that accurate my pov

Works as intended. Took a couple hours to fully activate and start reporting. Geofence alerts were delayed for a day or two. But after everything settled out, it works really well. GPS updates about every 10 seconds, which is fine for my purposes.

Pretty great 99% of thr time. sometimes there is a delay in location update. have noticed it could be up to an hour at times. but location is accurate and easy to use/follow.

this tracker works very well. The only issue stopping is from getting a 5 star rating is the amount of false alarms that you get! You will get multiple false alarms and often! The support team is amazing!
