Can not log in, tells me I have an account but can not recover passwords. I've never signed up before. More over, I see the new pricing with the new "rewards" program, and I may not return to Luke fuel stations. Drinks have gone up in price and that was any primary reason for shopping there. I'll toss my card, and shop elsewhere. Maybe try again in a few months after your app gets a major overhaul and prices drop back due to you losing business.

App refuses to let me log in, claiming I don't have an account. Try to have password reset, but it claims my email address is invalid. Then I try to re-register my account, and it tells me that I already have an account. I don't know who's in charge of the IT department, but that person, or people are making no effort to keep this app updated.

Who ever designed this is a moron. If you ever forget your username, good luck trying to find it. Despite have different lines to reset, they only give you your card number and a complex pw. The username never pops up and the card number and pw keeps coming back...guest not available. Horribly designed reset pw or username function. Who in their right mind that the reset page was a good feature

Unable to complete sign up, submit button on second section greyed out after entering all data. Also they ask for way too much personal information. Guess I'll go shop at Speedway.

Tried to register but couldn't. (because phone was on) reason given by app. Seems to be a complete waste of time. May try again in future if they have it working correctly.

It should be 0! Can't login. It says no matching guests. It says the same thing when I hit "forgot password." I go to register with the same email address, and it says "email already in use. "

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Worthless. Never works properly. I have signed up twice. Neither time worked or works. Then the attendants act lost about why it does not work or how to get your savings.

Great Experiences! although, compared to other gas stations, where more offers are offered, this one could very well use more deals through the app! thank you though. 5 stars!
