My HOA uses it for implementing parking rules (reporting) and acquiring permits (instantly). It is easy to use and get customer support any time (24/7) through chatting support.

Horrible company, and customer service. If someone parks in your assigned parking space, the app allows you to take a picture of the violator, and enter the Lic place #, however, that's as far as you will get. They ignore your request and boldly tell you to take matters into your own hands.

Beyond Horrible! We have had issue after issue with this app. Incorrect dates, incorrect car information, etc. It also takes away all control we previously had over our parking, which is ironic since they want us to PAY A YEARLY FEE! The website and app also have completely different, inconsistent information. Any time there is an issue, we're told to deal with our apartment management, but they keep referring us back to Reliant. If I had the power, I would shut down this company permanently.

been trying an hour. google play says app installed. can't find it on my computer. click the resident and it gives me the app installed. it shouldn't be that hard. also, reliant forces us to download an app when logging in computer works just fine with last residence. I don't have the space in my android phone and the computer android compatible can't seem to work with this app. Just another company that hides behind technology and no contact in person!!!

As a user of Reliant Parking for my yearly apartment permit, it simplifies the parking permit process. Easy renewal, quick payment, and hassle-free management make it a time-saver. The app could benefit from enhanced notification features, but it reliably serves its purpose for an efficient parking permit experience.

The Reliant Parking app works as needed. It's not fancy. You simply log in, and from there you can renew your permit, get instant guest permits, order a new permit, and update your profile information. The app also lets you report a vehicle in the fire lane, as well as a vehicle in your space. Lastly, you're able to view your parking rules, email reliant parking, and interact with their automated assistant. Overall, great app.

I got a text to update the app. It's on the latest version, except it crashes on start now. Smh. Please fix it, it's required for our parking complex. Edit: I had to forcibly clear the cache to stop the crashes. Logging back in seemed to keep all settings properly.

Where to start? There are severe spelling and grammar mistakes in certain messages that are impossible to decipher. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work half the time despite working for my other apps. I have to pay this app $35 just for a sticker to park in an open lot with no assigned parking full of cars with expired inspection stickers that haven't moved for months with flat tires and nobody tows them.
