Inaccurate alerts, and unable to send in my data. I've successfully completed the six month collection period. The app sends alerts to record trips every few minutes, despite no trips existing to record. I'm now trying to send in my end of collection data, and the app refuses to send the data. I've tried connecting to the Internet in multiple ways/access points, and no success. I'm concerned I will not be able to receive credit for the collection period. I would not go through the survey agai

Worst app ever!! Constantly have to remove and add app just to get a trip in. It adds partial trips then drops them. Never ads over 50 miles, have to do that manually. AGAIN WORST APP EVER!!

This app is now telling me that I don't have the latest version and refuses to open. It says to uninstall and reinstall, which I've done twice and is giving me the same notifications. There is no other version. I've been doing this stupid app for months to get the bigger payoff in February, but now it refuses to work. Fix this mess!

App worked great until it was time to send data. I have not been able to "send data" as they asked for weeks. It just won't do it.

This app is literally unusable. It doesn't record any of my trips. When I try to manually add them it only shows AM/PM but no time or date for departure and I can't manually add any trips. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Make sure your app works before you start a research study that relies entirely on your broken app.

Omg!!!...the amount of permissions this app needs is crazy. I did one survey for them and i leggit got paid but the notifications that rang though constantly is annoying. I tried another travel survey that wanted permission to" turn off battery saver" and "physical activity needed" and "connect to wifi"....not worth all this for $5.

Constantly have a notification from this app. Also now says that app is incompatible and to reinstall it. Give the same error after reinstalling. Can't believe someone can't come up with a better solution than this piece
