it works very poorly. he barely moves and often cannot download information. it works a little better on iOS.

I have to uninstall and reinstall every week. It logs you out. It's hard to take payments and it doesn't provide contact info for customer. Customers rarely put a good description of the issues they are having. You have no clue of the issue you are facing nor have model number etc.

Too cumbersome and frequently disappeared to a voyage of undiscovery. We absolutely need a better App.

What a piece of Sh***t. I just finished downloading the app. Open it to create an account, but instead, it wants me to login eventhough I have not created my account yet. I could not get past the login page to create an account. So frustrating when apps don't work properly. I will be uninstalling this app and find a better app to work with.

There's no way to set up a pro account.. The option to do so, doesn't exist! I even tried setting up a customers account, in home of being able to use login on both.. NO DICE! That's a bad look, from start. Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated..

It's okay app. Could be better but do what you can so it can help your business thrive . But some issues I've seen are not being able to reschedule tickets on your own without calling in. Also would be nice once we have ticket accepted to see it mapped out so we can schedule accordingly.

What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job has taken 8 days and it's still not done. The person they sent is absolutely irresponsible and not punctual at all. I keep getting emails to rate Serviz Pro, but they don't give a chance to do it, so I had to download the app, which I don't want because I'll never use this company again, just so I can write this review.

Well they are getting over on me. I know i should get paid more money with my skills. So i work for 4 different app. The only thing thats good is the pay that goings in my account every other day, I like that, the worst thing is you dont get no more if you go to the customer house and they cancel,other company give you 15.00 dollars on a late cancel from the customers.
