Unable to read the file I exported. I was able to read the pdf folder I created months ago. But today I tried multiple times, despite still can export the chats into pdf, but it was not able to be read, stated there no apps available to be viewed. Somehow the pdf I exported months ago still can be read. Why is this so actually? Kindly help to look into it and sort it out. Tq.

App was working fine until an update was made and now it won't even open and reboots my phone. Initially I was told it is an android 4 5 or 6 problem even though I had already explained I use android 10. I am now missing communications and no idea when it will be fixed. Nice app but support can be improved.

This app has fully met requirements to date. Easy to navigate, with good support. Experienced some issues with bugs which have since been resolved, and some dissatisfaction around verification process, but overall, happy with app.

Keeps asking for my ID scan even after scanning it successfully. Loop of death kind of bug. UPDATE: their customer service is fast and effective. Problem was quickly resolved via in-app chat.

To get verified, I provided my Medical License Number, even I shared the scanned copy of it --> they said it's not good enough, they need to know if there's any link to trace my Medical Registration Number. No, we don't have those, but I provided my PERSONAL Nursing Board Membership Number, they still think it's NOT ENOUGH, and asking for photos of my Passport/ID/Driver's License.. I feel utterly INSULTED.

I don't like the fact that you have to use your phone number to make an account. email should suffice. my employer only provides an iPad to use for work purposes but requires that you use this app for communication but I don't get compensated for my cell phone bill. Consider using email or account setup please and thank you.

great for healthcare professionals, but some drawbacks: search function whenc searching a colleague name shows messages with that name first,not the contact.Muting more than 1 contact can not be done with multiselection, and is therefore very time intensive

I give them all my registrations and ID by the end they told me 🙄( thank you so much for providing us so much information about your medical registration. We have been able to verify your identity. However, we are not able to give you access to the Siilo Directory. This is due to the fact that there is no open registry as well as that are not enough medical professionals on Siilo in Sudan.
