App is trash. Website is trash. Therapist either couldn't see me on the website (even though all the tests for audio and video were fine), or couldn't hear me (phone and website, even after running through 5 separate headsets, both wired and wireless. Cancelled service after one session, since neither the app or the website would work properly.

Poor app for Android. While my therapist is great. The app won't allow me to sign in on my samsung galaxy 24. I have to use my iPad or sign in through email to meet with my therapist. The app worked fine before the "updgrade". Their billing is deplorable. They charge one price then months later bill another fee. I love my therapist but I may have to book her separately from the app or find another service all together. The two stars are because of how stellar my therapist is.

I can no longer log into my account on the app. The website, however, works totally fine. I've checked my login details and have even contacted their support team directly but no help there. They keep asking what browser I use and recommend Chrome when I'm telling them I'm using their official app and it's not letting me in. The error I'm getting is an unknown authentication failure. This has happened on two different devices and I've reinstalled already. Apparently my account is just bricked

Sondermind service is phenomenal, but the app is somewhat lacking because it does not contain all features of the website. Sometimes appointments have to be made through website instead of the app. Also, it is sometimes difficult to see profiles of providers through the app.

Every time I log in lately, the app rejects my latest password so I go through a reset. It works until next time I need to sign in and again rejects THAT password so another reset. It has happened 3 TIMES NOW PLUS the last session with my therapist, I was able to see her but not hear her although she could see and hear me fine. We settled on being on the phone at the same time as app. I have contacted your group on your website about this and I'm hoping the next session actually works.

I'm unable to open the app. It keeps giving an error message ( Error. There was a problem when loading the app, please try again. ) when I use the website to get access it doesn't remember my password causing me to have to reset every time I need to log in.

Only giving a second star because my therapist is great. The app claims that my provider is in network but my insurance says she is not. When I sent an email to the support team to get this fixed I got a general response about how the charge went through fine and was billed to insurance. It seemed as those the person helping didn't even read my email.I called and am hoping for someone to actually help me out, however no one over the phone can give you direct help, they just make a ticket for u.

Found a good therapist through this app and their platform isnt too bad, but their customer service seems understaffed, take a long time to respond to email, and this is not a good service to use if you have a high deductable insurance plan. A good $35 more per session (before meeting my deductable) than going directly to a brick and mortar office. Billing breakdown and other fees are hard to find or vague on their site. Deleting app.
