Have never been able to use my credits with them! Chargepoint, which Free2move uses for payment, has never worked for my vehicle (2024 Fiat 500e). The Chargepoint app, stations, and API all suck. The only way I have been able to charge my vehicle is manually scanning my credit card at an EVgo, GM electric, station. THANK YOU GM ELECTRIC! Starting to think that the Free2move credits offered to dealerships when they sell EVs are a bait and switch because Chargepoint's infrastructure and app sucks

Unable to connect the app to Free2Move Level 2 Home Charger. It error out with this message- "Bluetooth pairing failed. Make sure your phone and charger are close together, and the charger's details are correct." Although the phone is close and all information is correct, it still does not connect. When I called the helpdesk number, they said the app is not ready yet for Home Charger. So disappointing.How is it even possible that the charger is sold in market without the app being ready yet?

Installation instructions say to connect to your charger using the app to register it and setup scheduling. The app won't connect, just has an error saying Bluetooth won't connect and there is no other path to setup scheduling.

Start the app, it says "Do you see your vehicle brand?" Than nothing. Nothing is clickable, nothing to do, no helpful instructions on what to do next.

Appears to not be working. Error message: This site is using a Gigya testing application. Site owners should configure their own application before uploading to production.
