I prefer to die rather than using this app again, the wating time for ever, the the pharmacy which is supposed to bring the medication not answering the calls. Don't wait them to call you back and don't trust them in bringing you medicine

Worst experience when i required trudoc the most due to below reasons. 1. There is no option to text the reception person, i had bad throat. I stuggled to speak, still the person couldn't get my insurance number. I tried very hard. The camera support is extremely poor because i tried showing her my ID, i use a Samsung s9+ btw. 2. I tried again, a different guy took the call, he couldn't find my details itself in his system. He said customer support will look into it and get back to you.

Very annoying interface. It takes me hours to log in. The options are very unclear I still don't know which category of user I am. App says it can not verify my id but when I try to create new account entering exactly same details it says that this user already exist. Very frustrating experience. This should be covered by my insurance but it is useless. I think I will just go to the hospital instead.

Does not keep u logged. U have to enter all the data every time again. Nothing in it is easy to use. I downloaded it for the referal letter to use DAMAN insurancr and after 3 days I did not figure out where to klick! Horrible application!!

This's an amazing app. It helps you to stay focused about your Health. Ever since I have installed it, it's really helpful in keeping a check on my Vital readings as well as consulting real doctors and wellness experts with a single tap! Can't be more happier 😊

I am trying to add my child to the app, staff told me I can do it from the app, the app doesn't show anywhere to do it. Also, the app asks to verify by email address, but I do nit receive email verifications.

Zero reliability! I was sick last week needed support so called many times they picked twice and told me doctors not available. Later on I called many times but they never picked the call. Therefore, I suggest to visit doctor physically and don't waste time following this trudoc app.
