This app is an absolute disaster. The developers, along with whoever approved it, should be held accountable. Full of bugs, terrible UX, and zero guidance. It feels like no testing or quality control was done before this app was released. My credit card was charged $121 for a $14.45 transaction with only $15.55 refunded. How is such incompetence allowed?

I don't know how this app can be released to public. So many bugs, you even can't change your password. To add subscription also no way, you can't click to select region and you stuck at first step forever.

The Shell Recharge app is frustrating to use; it takes too long to activate the charging station, and it frequently fails to work properly.

Slowly becoming the worst rated EV service provider. Alot of bugs and keep failing to charge properly. Extremely terrible user interface. I have accidentally topped up my wallet thrice coz of the user interface. Had to call in to retrieve my top-up. Did so in order not to be limited by the charging time, etc. Overall very bad app. Wasted alot of my time. Got stuck at the station coz I couldnt even charge in the end. Bird paradise shell recharge is completely faulty. Will avoid using at all cost.

There is something wrong with the app. Credit cards cannot add or remove. Credit cannot purchase using credit card. Worst of all my whole estate, all the charging point cannot be used. Called the hot line , only to say they looking into it, and it has been like this since Shell changed the app...

Shell recharge tied in with BYD to offer promotional rate to BYD car owners. Unfortunately, the link provided by Shell could not even open by the app! The back-end IT team should make sure things are ready before rolling out to the public. It has been almost 1 month since I received my car. There is no chance to use Shell recharge because of this issue. Disappointed.
