I always have to delete the cache before and while using the app in order for it to work properly. I have had many issues trying to reschedule existing, stand-alone appointments. Some appointments completely disappear/get canceled during the process of trying to reschedule them. I cannot reschedule others since the app groups appointments together and you cannot select an individual one any longer. Lots of quirky things with this app. Needs some work.

I like the app when it works; it allows me to see my upcoming appointments and has the possibility to book services directly through the app; however, recently it has not worked well. It rarely shows me the services available and therefore I haven't been able to book through the app unless I choose to rebook from a previous appointment's information.

I can't even log in anymore! Even changed to reset my password, but when i try to log in, it says it's invalid! 😑 and when I was in my account and tried to book a service, the page was just blank....never loaded. can someone fix this???

New App needs to have some troubleshooting done. Didn't recognize my password so I had to change it. Didn't autoload to my apps screen. I have to go through play store each time I need to access the app. Couldn't edit to make changes before finalizing. Can only remove service and the reorder.

App works but when I wanted to add my home address got an error message about user already exits, please choose a different cell number??? But address is added. I dislike apps where customers are expected to debug. By the way, it's 2024. How about biometric login?

This new mobile version of the app is awful. I can't sign in as it says my password doesn't work. Yet it works when I use my laptop. I also can not choose a technician and the bottom menu hides the buttons to select services.

Why do I need to remember a password (that must include a special figure) to set up an appointment? It's ridiculous to make a customer keep track of a password specifically for you, the supplier. You already have my credit card, why do I then need to add a password?

Can't book / reschedule. Location set is Chicago, yet it keeps bringing up Arlington heights. For facial procedures, it says price 0. But you will have to pay at location then fails to book. New update is very bad. Please test it before going live.
