Its a nice app that works pretty flawlessly, however its missing features that are too essential for me. You cannot add a bike, or other passengers to your travels like you can with the rejsekort at the stations. Its easier to add my injured family member to my card than for them to keep forking out their wallet or phone while I assist them. Same for family that comes to visit. I would love to give 5 stars once this feature is added.

Ok, I had expected a disaster of an app, knowing the error-prone, over-budget and frustrating experience that was the early days of the Rejsekort project. But not only does the app work flawlessly on Android, it's also user-friendly and somewhat clever about using gps to determine checkout location. And you get a nice illustration showing your route. My only gripe is that we should have had this app years ago.

It is a bit stupid that battery saving mode has to be disabled. What if the phone dies while on a trip and it could have been prevented by activating battery saver. How do you check in a bike to the metro and other normal add-ons? Basics work well, but looking forward to updates to extend functionality!

Works when it wants. My app locked after it couldn't settle a payment for unknown reason. It tells me to check my payment settings. I did, added mobilepay and another card on top. Still locked with same message and no option to settle the journey. Expected answer time from customer service is TWO WEEKS to settle this. There needs to be an option in the app to settle these kinds of things.

This app works 100x better than the physical rejsekort system. Finally, I can ditch the Rejsekort because digital product that absolutely does everything I need it to do and legitimately replaces the old check-in/check out procedure with fast, accurate and reliable functionality.

Today I got an email stating that I had checked in while the train was moving. This was wrong in fact, but correct in spirit. My situation is that I have a monthly pass, and today, when the train was stopped at the end station of my pass, I checked in to continue the travel, but I did not go out of the train, check-in, and the enter the train again. I called and asked rejsekort's service center, and despite that I did not cheat wrt. the ticketing, I still violated the rules. Thus useless for me.

An app that's a big improvement over its physical counterpart. With no need to check in again when changing lines and an automatic check-out feature, it has removed my biggest complaints about the physical rejsekort. The only issues I have is that there's no option for bikes or additional passengers. And I can not turn off email receipts. Hopefully, that will be solved soon.

I can't count the amount of times I've seen parents with strollers, or people with bikes or walking assistance check in after the bus starts driving. Today I rushed to the bus with my dog and had to get her in a carry bag. I checked in when I sat down around 15-20 seconds after getting on. 2 stops later ticket control gave me a ticket because I hadn't checked in before entering the bus. How is it acceptable to get fined because you checked in 20 seconds after getting on the bus.
