Too many issues, apps does not load properly activities list everytime, connect with other apps does not work with many apps since forces user to login on a webview that is not properly setup to the website(tried gamin and runkeeper, both did not work), navigation inside the app is really weird, i close the app many times when trying to go back to the home. I got notifications that i can book a class, but even doing it instantly when i get the notification, i go on the class and i can't book.

It doesn't work properly. Errors are not explained. Email messages from Virgin and app functions are not connected: e receive messages of mandatory booking, but I can't book, I messaged the assistance and told me "is not ready yet". I can book some things but not the pool (for example). Suddenly navigating the app, it opened the website, and I had a menu in a menu, with different functions. In the app, that had opened the website, it asked me to activate the membership card... No working. Etc.

UPDATE: Garmin app after recent update works well. However MyVirginActive app only syncs data after connecting garmin with this application and as there is a competition of 6000 moves and you've released the bugfix update late, then I've missed many of my moves during the competition.🙃

I have a virgin active club membership. My app cannot book any courses or time slots. I am in contact with my club reception to try to solve the problem but this is very frustrating cause I have to call them every time I wanna book something and I am busier than being on phone calling gym every time. (I have iphone 8 plus if it helps)

Workout are bugged. If you start the workout and then close the app, the countdown will restart. In the workout you should be able to check as done (or skip) a single exercise.

The app doesn't work. I can't even get to login into it for the first time. It looks like it reads my membership cards and then keeps hanging and it doesn't go further.
