Finally the developer understood that language selection is critical for apps, in particular in an app that will be used in an international and multilingual country like Switzerland. The option is still not perfect (they should look what other apps do) but it's very welcome. The app still has some issue on other key functionalities, like the doc scanner, which doesn't work well with the flash enabled, all documents are dark. There are still lots of improvements needed.

Discriminatory application, can't choose the language. If my smartphone is set in English (as many users love to use), the app works only in German...! Forcing the users to change the smartphone main language to be able to use this app in the preferred language. I can't understand, why in an application with so complicated functionalities it has not been considered to add a very easy functionality to let choose the language. it is on the verge of discriminatory. Congratulations to the IT who decides for that.... The answer of their support was exactly what I discovered already myself. Useless answer... Finally I got a 2nd email from support, saying that in an unspecified future they will add the English language too and it could be also easier to choose the language. Let's see and look forward to it

I love the app but wish you would have an English language option. I read a few other reviews and your reply was that you are considering an English version. I just wonder if that is the case and when it might be available. I always worry that I am missing a payment or something because I am still learning German and my ability is not perfect.

Impossible to change the language in the app... It seems that if you have English as default language on your phone, it will automatically select German, which I cannot read... So, don't bother you to do all the paperwork if you don't wish to change your phone language in French. Dear developer please consider to add a functionality to change the language, I know its not impossible 😉. Only for that small lack of functionality your app get bad review and stars, think about it 😄

KPT forces you to switch the phone language (assuming you want the app to have the same language as your phone and, in this case, only limited to three languages). This type of use case, to assume the users language, was an Vogue ten years ago. Please developers, let the user choose the language if her wants to. It's 2022!

Impossible to set French language if Android system is in English (doesn't work to set French as second language too, KPT App opens always in German except if I really change my system language to French...which I do not want!). Edit regarding your answer: maybe implement an English version which wouldn't be hard to do... (or propose 3 diff app with each language as many Swiss app do!). So your answer is not relevant sorry...

Completely user-friendly app. On one hand they are interested in the whole family being registered at the insurance, one another hand, app isn't designed for use of more than one person.
