More of the same!! This App does not function properly. I download the App a couple of months ago and it worked and I was able to make an appointment. However when I tried to open the App again I got a message stating that it could not connect to the server. I then uninstalled and reinstalled it for it to work. Now it doesn't work at all as I can't connect to the server.

Most of the time it doesn't work. It is faster using the web and also the web works 100%. A lot of information in the app opens a web anyway. Shame on how public money is spend on an app like it is created by an 8 year old kid. Also the covid information on when you have to go is out of date. I got an SMS to go and when I got it I even could make an appointment to get AGAIN a first shot. And no information or proof I got one afterwards. Terrible app Can not get my COVID certification,

All seems to be working fine here: Some who have mentioned what looks like "server down" issues might want to update their reviews and ratings unless they are still having issues ? Anyway - the thing I especially like about this is that you are not bound by office hours to make an appointment.

We have been using this app for years and never encountered any problems easy to use and far better than negotiating with the receptionist. It's a definite cinco Estrellas from me!

Would be good to have the app in English for all the expats ( most nationalities speak English) but either way it's easy to understand and to operate.

Useless. Doesn't allow arranging appointments for weeks. People write it works for them but it's hard to believe. Tax money well spent.

As from july the app is saying cannot connect to server. its been brilliant in the past. is anyone else having the same trouble
