The app is incredibly smooth, offering a simp and clear presentation of all fitness informat directly on the watch. The interface is easy t read and navigate, making it user-friendly. Pairing the app with the watch is seamless, working smoothly without any issues. Overall, it's a highly reliable app that does exactly what you need it to. However, I do feel that there could be more customization options, especially when it comes to built-in themes and wallpapers for the watch.

The new update in this app is really bad. They removed some of the good watch faces from the old version. Many watch faces are showing 3-4 times(same watch face) in this version of app(Just to show 180+ watch faces). This version face error to connect to the weather site so no weather data ia available for watch. BeatXP please fix this issues. Everything else about this app is good. The new layout is simple and easy to understand. Only need to work on watch faces session.

The BeatXP app is decent overall and works well for basic functionalities. However, it would be great if more watch face options were added to enhance customization. Additionally, my BeatXP Flux smartwatch would greatly benefit from a firmware upgrade to improve performance and introduce new features. Looking forward to seeing these improvements in future updates!

I bought a beatXP smartwatch, and the crown button broke after a few days of use. I lodged a complaint over a month ago, but despite the message saying I'd be contacted in 7 days, no one has followed up. The watch is now unusable, and customer service has been unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend buying from beatXP due to both poor product quality and lack of after sale support.

This app is fine but it doesn't have all the watch faces. The previous app had more watch faces and one more thing, this app also doesn't have any features. A lot of features are missing. Please add them all as well quickly. Otherwise you will have to think 10 times before buying the next product. Thankyou
