Started malfunctioning after a day. Worked perfectly, then on day two every time I switch my phone to landscape position so I can see the plots where blood sugar is measured, the app just minimizes itself and I cannot use it. Nothing has changed since I downloaded it yesterday and this feature was working yesterday. I don't understand what is wrong but it is a big of some sort I think. If it was a compatibility issue it shouldn't have worked fine for 24 hours...

Setup and syncing to sensor is quick and easy. Insights are also helpful in understanding glucose levels and patterns. App has room for improvement in a few areas: 1) let users see more than 24 hours of the trend chart, 2) export data option or sync to health app option (Samsung Health or Google Health apps), 3) need widget so we can quickly see glucose levels on home screen.

the app is super easy to use and navigate, but it only let's you see your average from the day before and what it currently is. you can't go back and look at different times of day or anything. I bought the first month, and it's interesting but not very helpful. I'm not diabetic, I'm using for other health reasons, but I think I'll try this again when they give the app more functionality

First Stelo lasted 1 DAY!!!!!! Sensor abruptly ended after 25 hours and said to start new one and wanted to share insights on the tiny time it operated during. Waited a while in case there was a temporary connectivity issue before I removed it. After removing it says connection issue wait up to 3 hours. Not reliable or ready for primetime. Canceling subscription.

The ability to add finger stick glucose measurements as events was recently removed; it was very helpful to have those included for comparison with the CGM data. Also it would be helpful to have some information regarding when Android 15 compatibility is coming—my phone is getting impatient with me and constantly prompting me to upgrade (not to mention that I'd like to experience the new features in the upgrade sometime before I die… 🤣)

My Stelo readings are about 20 - 30 mg/dl lower than my blood test. It wouldn't be so bad except it won't track blood sugar below 70 mg/dl. So most of my readings just say "below 70." I was hoping for a better understanding of how low my blood sugar gets at night and when it starts to rise again. The app sometimes loses connection to cgm if too far from the phone. The app crashed when I first used it but recovered after closing and reopening. It also drains my phone battery pretty quickly.

Just Inserted a new sensor - the 4th in two months, and it's not pairing. Tried re-installing the app, still no luck. The website has only a Bot for contact. Even when it was working, the app would randomly shut down. The sensor readings were always 5 to 15 points off when compared to finger stick blood glucose test. An absolute waste of money. And the reply for this post will just be a message asking me to chat with a Bot on the website!!!

While you are paying for sensors and actively using this it's good. I received some insights into my glucose levels with the 1 month pack. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to keep your historical data beyond 30 days. I appreciate what dexcon is trying to do here, but this is still a beta product. Constant disconnects, issues with top patch staying on, app slowness and lack of historical data and losing everything after 30 days is just obnoxious. Please fix these issues and I may return.
