I think the app works great. Everything is very easy to get to and understand. They have a section that has your supervisor and app support on there. I've emailed both from there and they got back to me immediately. There's a section where you can view your daily and weekly timesheets. The whole app is just organized very well. It makes clocking in, clocking out, viewing things, and dealing with any concerns and problems super easy and hassle free.

UPDATE:The submission glitches seem to have been addressed. There haven't been any consistent problems for a while now. It's very glitchy when trying to upload timesheet at the end of the week. The whole picture taking thing is a pain to begin with, and to have to repeat it 2 or 3 times because there is an error on the server is ridiculous.

Only giving 1 star until the bug is fixed. I have had 0 issues with this app until today! I clocked in just fine with no problem. Upon completion my shift I COULDN'T CLOCK OUT. Was told it had something to do with some department blah blah blah ... Everything as far as my info goes that is stored in the app is WRONG. Please look into this issue and fix and will give 5 stars. App is still trash! Not working. I've dropped my star down. Hope it's fixed soon!

My caregiver and I have only had a few hiccups with the app. The IT team addressed and fixed them promptly. The location is better than other apps that I have used or seen by 1,000%. Easy to navigate, all in 1 app for the caregiver, and for the person receiving care, the confidence that they are receiving the care claimed by the caregiver.

I think this new app has worked great specially with the larger print . New 10/7 I really like the update on the new app as always the company is great to work for as well as very understanding unkind to what people's needs are both patients and caregiver thank you again everybody on the team that works so hard to keep my mom and I with the proper care again thank you to my coordinator

This app is excellent!! It's thorough, detailed and accurate But simple at same time..I haven't encountered errors of any kind. And that's a major plus especially how technology is filled with bugs and glitches. 👍🏾👍🏾 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The app does not allow me to update/change my schedule. There a couple different ways to do it and neither work. The log in process takes too long. It reconfigures notifications each time which takes at least 15-20 seconds and I don't even get/allow notifications.

I have had issues where the main background turns white and the letters are also white so you can't see any of the words, you just see the circle icons. Can we make a day time and night time modes. Not overlay white text over a background. Day time white background blk font and dark, blk backgrounds w white letters.
