I had a bad experience with the person on the other end of my chat understanding what I was trying to express but as soon as I expressed my feelings about that, it was absolutely followed up on thru my email address and with someone thru the chat. I have used two other apps like this and I must say that this one is the easiest to navigate and the response time to concerns or issues going on is very impressive even though you're told that it could be up to 7 days before you are gotten back with.

Downgraded one star due to response time. Two years ago it would be almost instant to a few hours. Now it's a few days, similar to regular med office. Also, I think there's a bug in the app. New documents like referrals or lab orders not showing up in profile. The rep in chat box says they were uploaded, however, only original from a couple years ago are showing, there's some obvious disconnect between them and the app.

Absolutely horrible response times! I tried this app because it's free through my insurance and now I can see why! I've been trying to get help for over a month on this app and I have yet to even speak to an actual person! I keep getting messages that I should hear back within 7 days, which is already abysmal, but it's been weeks with nobody contacting me!

I can't renew my membership, it won't activate. Ive tried to pay but it just loops around in circles asking me to active, saying I'm reactivated but im not. There is a glitch in the system. I emailed support but still no reply or help. Looking for a better app at this point, when you need reliable support.

I highly recommend this service/app! I am very new to this kind of healthcare, it takes all the anxiety of talking to a doctor face to face making it way easier to open up about my health issues. It gave me time to think about my answers and type them out so I could accurately express how I felt without anxiety.

This team is unable to handle the simplest of health issues. All I need is a script refilled and it's been over 2 weeks since my appointment, which took over 2 weeks to get, and we still aren't any closer. They just submit questions every couple days, including for questions that were already answered. It would have been FAR easier to just go to a doctor in person. The care team is slow and the Customer Service is abysmal.

I was skeptical at the beginning, but they are available 24/7 emails, messages, phone, or whatever I needed. They never treated me with disdain or disrespect. Complete opposite. It doesn't matter how long my message is or the topic. They respond with care, concern, and understanding. There are doctors for everything. Symptoms and ailments are assigned a separate case for each. Very thorough.

First time using this app and after finally getting a response from their help desk I was told there would be a 96 hour wait time I've used virtual care services in the past with wait times of 5 or 6 minutes but this is the first I've heard of 96 hours which is absolutely ridiculous.Don't waste your time if you're expecting immediate service because you won't find it here. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would've.
