Does not allow me to answer the quizzes my wife answers or sends me. I've emailed for help and never heard back. Always states network error but I'm not having an network error because I can do everything but answer the quizzes.

The app is great but I give one start for the pricing and information sharing related to that. Inability to switch to a monthly option and if you try and reach out the prompt says they will get back asap but they don't. Got charged for a year when all I wanted was month to month. Your partner also has to pay even though I understood that one subscription covers two people. Unfortunate way to lose $75

BEWARE !!!!! Lost access to the account after my purchase !!! Wish I read the reviews. My spouse and I actually enjoyed the app so much the yearly subscription seemed worth it. I have tried emailing this app multiple times and still no response. I would love to get my money back seeing how I have no access to my previous work between my spouse and I. Very unhappy

Warning! Loved the app but they do not honor their subscriptions. I have been going back and forth with their "support' team for more than a week providing all their requested information. I signed up for their yearly subscription and was charged for it. When the 7 day trial ended, they put me back to being unsubscribed. They are not worth it. Stick with Paired! Update: Google won't refund it either. Update #2: they fixed it. Still would not suggest them though. It took 2 weeks to get resolved.

This app seems like it has great potential: but I can't pay for a premium subscription for us, I just don't have the money. And for some reason the only payment method is $59.99 a year, witch doesn't help. With the free version all you really get is a couple daily free games and quizzes that changes every day, but you can't even see your results unless you pay for premium: Until they change it we won't be using it. If they cut the prices and made a monthly option I'd consider buying

Stay away from this scam. My girlfriend and I had fun with it for awhile, but they do not honor subscriptions and have no active customer service. My subscription was abruptly cut off right after they charged me for the year and I've gone over a month without any sort of reply from customer service. My review will change if they ever end up helping me, but so far nothing.

Got charged twice for premium and could not get Google or the developer to refund me. 🤬 Disputed through Google, email, in app. Continues to push premium when I have premium. This app has so much potential but paying for it was stupid and I would never recommend it because of the problems I've had. Even the free trail charged me even when I bought premium already for the "discounted" price. What was supposed to cost me $40 for a yr end up as $75. Poor customer service- no reply ever from app.

Fun and lovely idea, poorly executed. Don't get me wrong it has loads of potential and when it works it's really nice. Unfortunately for me and my partner that lasted about 10 minutes. Everything is hidden behind a paywall, you get 3 random free topics/games each day, and even then you can't see the results sometimes and they make you pay for it. There's a free 7 day trial which only one person needs to get per couple (which is a lie btw, I still can't see anything my partner can).
