In this newest release, we've made it easier for you to upload documents and verifications directly from your phone using PDF files in addition to photos. We've also taken care of some minor bug fixes for a smoother app experience.

Great in theory, but the app is broken. I keep selecting massage modalities that I offer, but then upon previewing my profile it shows options that I did not select. A buggy and frustrating user experience for providers that needs significant QA. I've also been on the platform for a couple of weeks without a single booking, so I presume the member network still needs developing. UPDATE: the aforementioned bug seems to have been fixed; thank you Rachel for following up on this with me via email!

It is great that we get a text alert for available massages. It would be good that it says which day it is for, not only the date. I m not sure if texting works all the time though, bc suddenly i wasnt receiving any text alerts although i was marked available in the app. Its great that someone responds over text No need to call us, we see the text, we will accept if we want. Pay is too low for here. Its possible to earn comparable pay without any LONG driving, working in a spa.

UPDATE 05/22/23: Finally fixed the drawing feature, app doesn't crash when drawing and/or saving. Still prefer choosing my location vs drawing it. Hopefully they bring that back. It seems like notifications are working better. I do like the new messaging feature with clients. NEW BUG! Unable to change my availability in the app as it crashes immediately. If they fix this new bug and bring back choosing location vs drawing 5 stars.

App is still a little slow, even with update. When I try to indicate I'm "on way" to an appt I have to close and reopen app. My client-requests don't always show up in app. I'm unaware til I get a call regarding the requests. My most recent was most likely given away to another therapist (which happens a lot), concierge was not helpful as he "couldn't find it" in system. Dates don't always match the correct day-which could be problematic. The 19th is a Friday but it'll say "Sunday", as example.

I love working with Soothe. But it has been a bit confusing with the "pre-tip" plug in, I don't even understand it. The client has the option to "pre-tip", then after completing the treatment they have the option to "edit their tip". What's the point of showing the pro a tip if afterwards the client decides to cancel it or "edit it"? Other than counting the chicks for the therapist before the eggs hatch, I don't see a point. "THE PRE-TIP SHOULD BE LOCKED IN OR REMOVED FROM THE APP"

For a week, I haven't been able to accept appointments manually. To add, we draw a circle on a map to create a boundary for the app to know where we will/will not travel. The app instant confirmed me this morning outside of my travel perimeter. I had two in-app cancelations. To my understanding, two in-app cancelation meant I had two penalty free times to cancel. I barely cancel, but my reliability rate drops after I cancel. If im getting a lower rating, soothe should too for crossed boundaries

Since last update, App no longer works correctly. When you get a job notification and click on the notification, it pulls up internet explorer instead of the Soothe App and takes it 3 tries to finally open the Soothe App. By that time, someone has already taken the job..... pointless.... REVERSE THE UPDATE!!!!!!! Or Fix the bug in the APP please 🙏!!!

Last Three Updates Made APP Worse and have delayed responding to offers Dont know why the APP will not open its own appt links in the APP. Everything pushes to third party web browser. I reset APP system settings to open links in the APP. But all still goes to browser. Really clunky, bulky, cumbersome experience. The older versions from 2018 thru 2021 had shortcomings, but appt links always opened in the APP! I could set neighborhoods w/o map drawings and disruptive alerts to redraw again.
