The drivers aren't the problem it's there customer service number. For example, I tried to schedule a ride to work 1 hours and 30 minutes before my shift, but the only ride it found for wouldn't arrive until 45 minutes after my shift would start. I tried to call the number to see if I could speak to someone to book an earlier ride. They didn't even try to help (which is strange and shows how lazy they are considering that they moved things around before multiple times for me.) Disappointing

This is pathetic I am a dialysis patient and I can never do a full treatment when I use this app or the transportation connected to it. Like today my chair time it at 10:30 a.m. according to this I will not get their until 12p and I set the appointment in advance it's like that all the time

Several times I've waited for over 3 hours for a ride. My transmission is out so the bus is my sole transportation right now. The fixed route was better than this. I've had to cancel a ride & reschedule an appointment bc the time kept pushing back. Please go back to the fixed routes. Waiting for hours to get a scheduled ride is ridiculous. Been having issues scheduling a ride in advance as well. This new system is trash

Since the routes stopped and now you have to use the app to try to get a bus and now they are always busy or something. I have not been able to get a ride several times and now it's useless for me to even try, it's only been a huge waste of time every time. Before I could just go to the bus stop and get a ride anytime I needed to get some where. I'm praying that hopefully something gets better, I'm sure I'm not the only person that needs rides constantly. Everyday I try with no luck on a ride...

The gctd app won't let me book. It's only gives me leave now when I put the time and date. Enter on this page says no rides availables. The only object is leave now. There no leave at or arrive by. Also busses have been getting late to pick us up. Workers are respectful it's just mew system on app. Please get it fix soon this my only transportation to work and back home , also taking my client to stores

Never can get rides on certain days as it always says out of network when it takes me to same location every morning I have to set up 5 days in advance and after 2 days all set it will not do next 2 days saying out of network or no driver to busy
