Had the app since 2019 and it was wonderful. Could see where the buses were in real time and the app was easy to understand and manuever. With the new update, everything has changed. Graphics are bad. There are too many things to look at on the screen. The full bus route is not shown on the screen. The bus routes are complicated and it's no longer an option to click on and favorite bus stops. The older version was definitely better and convenient...

This app, just as all things IN or ASSOCIATED with the City of Little Rock is TRASH...BULLSH**!!! It takes too long too load the bus information. By the time it's uploaded, you've missed your bus and/or bus stop. When the weather is bad, the app acts up. It's just a waste of time. PERIOD!!!

It's been a month since my last review and the app still doesn't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Since it deals with the city I'm sure developers don't pay attention to reviews or proper mechanics of the app. Never seen such a downgraded "upgrade" for an app until now. If I could rate lower than 1 star I most definitely would.

Seriously 3 months and no fix? Who do we need to contact for this? I tried calling downtown and the woman I talked to was very rude about it. All I did was ask her is there someone I could talk to about the app and she said there is no one to get in contact with then hung up on me. Even the drivers can't point me in the right direction.

The app crashes on startup, rendering it useless. It used to work pretty well. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the issue.

I don't like the Whole the New Look for the App. Please please please replace the New App with the original version. Please do this or I won't be updating the app until it's fixed!! An read the feedback

This app gets worse and worse and worse and so does the service of the company itself it's not surprising that they get worse because of a pandemic it's just disappointing but every time they try something different they always manage to screw in for a customer a terrible laugh at a terrible company all the way around thanks for nothing
