Worked initially fine. Moving to a different Wifi network does not work. Have done everything i could. Reset done, shows solid blue on the device which should be ready to connect. But in the app when i try to connect app complains of my phone not connected to wifi, whereas it is connected to wifi. Done reset of device multiple times unplugged n plugged many times. Switched off my phone n back on. Uninstalled app from ph and installed again. Tried with different phones. Does not work.

The software has no support. It does not have any troubleshooting. It is frustrating to get this to pair. After that, it is very unstable. If there are no changes, perhaps this stabilizes, but life happens. We move around house, I actually take my phone with me when I leave and when it switches to 5 GHz, it unpairs with the UHoo, and results in repeated steps to re-attach. Recommend to UHoo: 1) Online chat and customer support - there is NO support. My email has not been answered. 2).

I've had this product for a year now with no improvements to the App. The graphs are horrible and need tons of work. The wifi frequently disconnects and the Google Home integration is a joke. For the price you pay for the monitor I expected a lot more work to be put into the app. -- Update 2 years later: Now they are finally offering everything it should have included from the beginning for $120 a year. Will never buy a product from this company again!

I was excited to use this monitor to understand my home air situation. After using it for a week, i can confirm the sensors are random number generators. Most of the data doesn't make any sense, even temperature is 3C degrees off and humidity +/-30%. It looked great to have so many sensors into 1 monitor, but if none are working properly, this makes it a very expensive toy with no value. I hope they can fix the product. The idea is great, it's just a poor implementation at this stage.

I really want to rate this 5 stars as I really like the product. However there are frequent issues with the sensor disconnecting from wifi and having to reset and reconnect several times before it is successful. Sometimes I just keep it unplugged because of how frustrating it is to keep reconnecting to wifi. There is no 5g wifi capabilities so I have to keep switching my phone to the regular wifi network. Also won't work with a VPN which is strange. Need to improve software.

The old version was simple and provided all the info that was needed. This version seems to be more about using extra small fonts and confusing the data presentation. Please fire your UI intern (I can only assume that they have never designed a commercial UI before). At least offer the classic version as an option. You have done a disservice by allowing this krap to replace it.

Well designed app with great sensors. But the worst, worst, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Notifications don't work on Google pixel 4a. Tech support are completely oblivious, fingers in their ears la la la, repeating the same spiel about how it is meant to work over and over, refusing to acknowledge there is a problem, refusing to engage in any troubleshooting. Complete failure to listen to customers. Very disappointing.

After having some setup issues I talked with their support, who were extremely responsive and able to get the device to work in about a day. I've only used it a few days but it's already made itself worth the cost. I've used other air meters before but none had NO2 displays and apparently being in an apartment adjacent to a parking lot makes that a huge problem. I set up ifttt to turn a window fan off/on whenever NO2/CO2 pass a threshold, which improved air so much I can feel the difference.
