This app is kind of useless since it does not perform any analysis of the data you input. It does not recommend which foods to avoid based on symptoms and stool. Would be killer if can be integrated with AI or at least some basic algorithms. Worst part I can't even export the data to run my own analysis. There also are some bugs in the ingredient searching.

Currently unusable. Won't load past the initial screen that says Cylinder to let me get started... after seeing so many other reviews of users having similar experiences, I do not have high hopes of getting it to move forward. I'm totally bummed as my insurance covers this service, and I really wanted to give it a go. I guess I'll just keep checking back to see if it ever gets fixed..

Sending a message to my dietitian is impossible, because the app freezes after typing half a paragraph. Also since there's nowhere else to review the actual service...you don't get to see your results from the sample you send in. They make you schedule an appointment with a dietitian to discuss the results. In my case, the closest appointment was a month away. So from the time I collected the sample to the appointment was almost 2 months. That's 1/6th of a year. Hope you're not in a hurry.

The app works but you have to fight to add ingrediants to custom recipes. Typing "Apples" will have the search bar be "AppAppleAppApples". Otherwise the tracking seems good. I'm healthier just by logging what I eat and when I have that mild indigestion. Pattern recognition yay \o/. Edit: Bug has been fixed :D changing from 3->5 stars

Unable to use have installed and uninstall application several times with no success contacted support. Support offers untimely response sent forst email received response 2 days later replied still no response

Have been trying for 30 mins to sign into the app. In 2022 I tried to sign uo and it told me my insurance would offer starting 1/1/23. I got emails saying good to go. Now when I sign in just a constant loop telling me user already exists. Have tried new passwords and multiple other things just a constant loop. Deleted it and reinstalled still just a loop. Extremely frustrating

I signed up through the website. Received device in the mail. Downloaded the app and now every time I click 'LOGIN' it redirects saying account already exists please login. It's a repetitive cycle. Enter credentials- account already exists- please login. It is absolutely unusable. On the device it says for help call this number. I called it and prompts to leave a message- have not received a call back. Tried reinstalling app-no luck.
