1) When writing SOAP notes, it continuously blocks our view every time we write a sentence so we have to push the back button. It's annoying and time-consuming. Once we sign, it takes us to their personal information page which is not good at all. We shouldn't be able to access their private information. 2) when trying to review the guest's previous visits and SOAP, there is no name of the massage therapist unless we click every single visit. Nobody has time for all that! We are busy.

We just switched to Zenoti at work and there are a couple of features that work on apple devices that don't work for android. I'd love to get a notification when I'm booked so I don't have to constantly check my schedule when I'm on call. I'd also like to be able to connect my google calendar without details and have it automatically block out times when I'm scheduled as "busy".

Overall a VAST improvement from the previous app, so yay! One thing I don't love is the layout and performance of the "previous appointments" section. It seems to be very glitchy and refreshes constantly as you're scrolling through them, and they show oldest appointment first which is useless. Also the year isn't shown next to the date until you click on the appointment itself. I actually still use the old app just to look at my guests previous appointment history.

This app does not work. It never loads. Iv un installed it and add it back, tried connecting and unconnected to wifi. This is how I get my tips earned from work. So this is extremely frustrating because I don't even have the option to not use it because our company has made this decision for us. Please figure out to to provide us with better more reliable service

This app was going great at first, but now it's telling me I have no reservations on a day Im clearly booked on. And it's even recording my tips and commission on this day that I have "no reservations" on. Quite sad. Not the first time it's done this but normally I can reset the app to fix it. Not this time though. Overall, though, the app is a lot better than the zenoti app. Loads quicker. Tells me if I have reviews which is nice. Fix the problem and it should be great...

It's a bit complicated for those who are new and the university is out of date. But I like being able to change up my schedule on my own at home. As a dog groomer that is very helpful. Please though, fix the double booking issue. It can overload an already full schedule.

This app blows. It's been glitched out for days now. I almost didn't come in for my work day because it's been saying I have no schedule even though I had a full one. It also has the dates all messed up.

Most of the time lately it doesn't work or I have to completely sign back in everytime I try to use it. But WHEN it works it's great!!
