Absolutely do not use this app for tracking purposes in any way. It would be much better if they would just send you a Google doc with the workouts and let you track them yourself. The tracking is extremely glitchy and the pacing is almost never right. Both attempts I made it even using the app, the data never saved at the end of the run so I have no clue what my runs even were. Skip the app altogether, download the workouts and do them on your own.

Whilst the training programme is good the GPS tracking is awful. It takes a long time for the app to register your pace by which point the interval is nearly over. Also, the voiced programme doesnt work. All I get is a load of static and cant hear whether I am on pace or not. I have to keep looking at my phone which causes me to slow down. Not great. At all.

The app itself is weak: GPS tracking nowhere near as accurate as my Garmin. Can't edit workout, data inaccurate. And while that could be attributed to the phone, the app needs to include third party tracking features, like Garmin offers I really appreciate how Chris H explains each workout and why. I get absolutely ZERO feedback when I ask questions in the app chat. Also not granted permission to enter the FB group, even though it's been five months, so I can't ask questions there.

Program is awesome. App is extremely sub par. Distance tracking needs to be smoother instead of updating in huge chunks. Often when my screen times out and goes off the app stops tracking distance but the time keeps rolling 🤷

Nonstop Network errors when making the actual account preventing me from even getting to payment information. Site directs you to site.Metron.io/support to report errors and bugs, but there is no option to do that. Supoort page is just generic FAQ page. Not only that, but the FAQ page looks geared toward coaches/business owners rather than clients. Trainers and business owners are likely losing thousands directly on this poor UX and thousands more in reputational harm.

Hi, can you please let people 1) enter their numbers manually and 2) allow historic moves to be shown in KG or LBS. I need it to show in KG as I record in kilos. Thanks
